I still have to comment on your previous fic and analineblue's too... but that will have to wait for another night.

I really liked this. I think the one main reason I do is how much it mirrors my thoughts on the guys. They both are good at what they do, they wouldn't be where they are today if not, but while they are both good actors and both are successful, they both have different ways of approaching their subjects.

Tuti, being the perfectionist he is, is a detail man, in order for him to do what he does best he needs to know and understand everything about a character before hand so he researches, and perfects his characters and has them figured out before heading into a project. Takashi on the other hand seems to be more... I don't know... fly by the seat of his pants guy? Not that he doesn't care, but more... takes what's given to him and fleshes it out on his own as he goes, identifies with something in that character and makes it a part of him (hence the whole freak out during the first Switch) and then fits it to the other characters. Tuti seems to be an actor who affects his roles, where Takashi is an actor who is affected by them.

Then I'm left thinking about how this difference is probably what helps them work so well together when their characters' interaction is key to their roles, because if they were both like Tuti, the characters they preconceive might clash and not work, and if they were both like Takashi, they wouldn't be able to figure out how to make their characters fit around each other.

Getting back to the story... The whole container parallel... Guh! So perfect, and so perfectly Takashi to see this, being a person who not only becomes his character but allows this character become part of him. Wasn't Kikumaru a little more distraught over that container being moved than Oishi? I can totally see this happening for Tuti and Takashi.

The one line that got:

"Mmm, I like to think we still would've found each other even without this gig."

I totally believe this. Especially with all the people they've worked with outside of the projects they've been in, there are still connections there (six degrees of separation or something) that I like to believe hell yes, if not for TeniMyu, they still would have connected at some time in their lives.
