Bird Update

After living on the ground for a day, it seems the baby bird, who I named Cory Matthews, has mastered the skill of hopping on the ground. Also, his "parents" are taking care of him. I put parents in " 's because it's not actually a blue jay... it's some brownish looking bird... which is weird. I watched them for awhile today and the "mother" bird will hop a couple of times... and then Cory Matthews will follow all around the yard.

I guess Sarah and I won't be mowing our back yard for awhile.
