1. Turn off the computer. Put your calls on hold

2. Uncross your legs and relax in your chair. Sit up straight.

3. Take slow, deep breaths

4. Allow your abdomen to fill up completely with oxygen. Exhale.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for a minute or two.

6. Mentally scan your body. Scan slowly from your head to your toes, part by
part, area by area. Note the spots that are tense. Focus your breath directly into those spots. You may want to move the affected area if you can: shrug your shoulders, for instance, or move your neck or wiggle your toes.

7. Feel aches and pains release as you exhale.

8. Experience the areas relaxing and opening as you inhale

9.Return - relaxed and revitalized- to what you were doing.
