( Sometimes it takes a whole lifetime, and they reunite in their late sixties, both with children and grandchildren. Sometimes they find each other immediately, grow up as childhood sweethearts and attain that happily ever after. But sometimes, Kyuhyun doesn’t find him at all. )

*shakes you* WHAT HAVE YOU GOT INSIDE THAT AWESOME HEAD OF YOURS? HOW CAN I GET SOME OF YOUR AWESOMESAUCE TO RUB OFF ON ME. A REINCARNATION FIC. YOU WROTE A FREAKING REINCARNATION FIC. AND YOU YANKED AT MY HEARTSTRINGS BY MAKING KYUHYUN REMEMBER ALL HIS PAST LIVES WHILE JONGWOON DOESN'T REMEMBER SHIT AND KYUHYUN HAS TO SPENT EVERY SINGLE LIFETIME OF HIS SEARCHING FOR HIS ELUSIVE SOULMATE. /SOBS/ WHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO ME WHYYYYYYY WHY DO I EVEN LOVE YOU I DUNNO D':
My favourite part of this first chapter is how you described their past lives ... sometimes lucky, sometimes unlucky. I seriously love this part.
Like, in some lives meeting during their youth and growing up together, but how in others they reunite only during old age and all ;A; And sometimes how Kyuhyon can easily find Jongwoon cos he's closeby, but in other lifetimes, Jongwoon might be on the other side of the ocean and Kyuhyun keeps wandering on and on, trying to find him... T.T
I also love the balance you threw into this. Sometimes both of them being born as a man and woman both ways, and sometimes both as men and even as women... Though the part about the pain of childbirth made me lol XD I'm seriously not looking forward to that, either :/
It really tugs at my heartstrings, how Kyuhyun can feel that gaping void in his heart ... This fic is seriously sawing away at my heartstrings Nana D':

We both know just how FITTING it is for their first meeting to be on the subway :D Though I love you forever for that little teasing scene where Kyuhyun actually didn't see Jongwoon's face ... Makes this fic more of a tease and I loved it just that much more ohgosh <3

Dammit, the freaking premise of this fic is designed to make one ship this pairing even if KyuSung wasn't their thing, I swear ... It's my freakin OTP but this fic is making me ship them a billion times more and how is that even possible XD

At night, he listens to their music with his eyes closed and the lights off, and he thinks he knows Jongwoon’s voice so well that it proves he is borderline obsessed with the man. Ohh ... Oh Nana :'( I love that para ... the one about the lifetime Kyu tried to rush Jongwoon into remembering him and ended up alone and unloved with cats (heartbreaking, but I loled. I'm a bad person XD) I like how, despite the touch of fantasy, you keep it realistic like this, where they obviously don't always get a happy ever after for each of their lifetimes...

Makes sense since irl Jongwoon did apparently see Kyu as just competition at first, but still ... THIS IS NOT THE REALITY THAT I WANTED BUT WHY DO I LOVE IT SO MUCH WHY MUST I LOVE ANGST WHY MUST NANA KILL ME WITH HER FICS WHY DO I STILL LOVE THEM ANYWAY WHAT IS MY LIFE OTL SOBBING
The last couple of scenes ... My heart panged at Kyuhyun crying softly as he watched Jongwoon sleeping ... and how much it hurts him that Jongwoon hates him and ignores him ... oh gosh whyyyy D':

Ahhh I'm so glad you posted this part, Mama Cho ;A; I have so many feels for this fic like you wouldn't believe, I love it so freaking much! I wrote a live commentary here, but this is actually like my 4th time reading this part (was too lazy to comment earlier lol xD).
