Grad Night at Disneyland
Today is the last day of finals, and at 3pm I shall board the bus with a crowd of excited grads to make the seven or eight hour drive to Disneyland for Grad Night. We enter the park at midnight, and play till 6am, at which time we spend another eight hours on the bus back to Sacramento. Woo hoo!!!

As a chaperone, I will have to meet up with my group of 20 at several points throughout the night, as well as spend a couple of shifts in the chaperone room (apparently they provide snacks and couches for us aged teacher-types). The rest of the time I can stand in line for rides with the rest of the California Class of 2007.
Some teachers think it's insane to volunteer for this activity, but I think it'll be fun! After all, I can always catch up on sleep on the bus home...right?
Imagine how jealous my own kids are - I shall have to get them mouse ears or something :)
