One of the best school days in a while
Also known as "Turtle, please shut up, you're embarrassing the teachers."
So yesterday and today we were making Ukranian Easter eggs, so I had a bunch to take home with me. I was talking to a few friends at one of their lockers after school and people were admiring them. A few asked why they hadn't been blown out yet. I said, at home I generally blow out the eggs, but my russian teacher is all freaked out that there could be some yolk left behind that would leak out into the dyes and make them gross. The kids in my class joked around because when that happens (especially in the reds) it looks like . . . . well, period blood. So I made this comment that it looks like somebody on the rag, and the two male friends didn't get it, and only one of the girls did. So I used other euphemisms, like "the commies are coming to town" or "attack of the red army" and there were two male teachers near by who made me stop because I was embarrassing them. Even though, technically, I never was DIRECTLY talking about a lady's menstrual cycle. XD
That and Kimi wa Petto = one of the cutest drama's I've seen in a while, I want my own Momo. :[
