What trauma childhood brings us. Do any of us ever have a good one?
I was always short and fat, with a strange accent, who would rather hang out with the teachers (longing for affectionate adult attention) than feel like a freak amongst my peers.
Nothing has really changed.
<3 <3 I love my LJ friends. It makes loneliness seem obsolete (virtually, at least).
I happen to find Southern American accents sexy. When I do a True Blood marathon, those accents keep floating in my head. It's got its own cadence and rhythm that is so distinctive and yet melodic. :D Maybe you can do a voice post. tee hee. :D
:D You got me all excited now! I'm still at work and they've disabled the sound on our PCs here (cause they don't want us to have any fun) but I'll get to it when I get home. *kiss* thanks for the link! :D :D

I always had cases of hero worship for my teachers. I was I think always a little in love with all my English teachers!
Everyone is still a scared little girl inside I suppose. :o) Is it awful that knowing that makes us feel less alone?
*hugs you* Yeah, LJ is also a good hiding place. or venting place. And I love reading other people's words.
