Summary: A year after the Miranda broadcast, Mal and Zoe struggle to keep their family together and keep flying as situations begin to build on Serenity. Over the Rainbow: Mal and Zoe meet with Monty in a bar on Persephone. Meanwhile, Jayne and River have an outing that doesn't end well.
Author's Note: One of my favorite things about "Keeping On" is writing Monty. He's a real joy to write and play around with. Jayne and River's outing was really fun to write as well.
