On December 21, 2004, the sun rose at 7.54 a.m. and set at 4.19 p.m. = 8 hours and 25 minutes of daylight.
Today the sun rises at 7. 27 a.m. and sets at 5.18 pm = 9 hours and 51 minutes of daylight
At this time of the year, we gain just over three minutes of daylight every day. By February 28, we will have 11 hours of daylight.
sooo....on thurs we will have TEN HOURS OF DAYLIGHT. and on march 18th there will be like TWELVE HOURS OF DAYLIGHT.
