Probly not the best plan ever.
I am so jumpy right now. So, so very jumpy.
Got up at 6am to be in the lab by 7am. Got the imbibition study (sounds like a frat party, eh? hehe...) started by 7:10.
I was the ONLY person in the building until about 8am-- when one of our lovely custodians got here. She's very nice, it's just a crazy thought that I was here even before facilities.
Anywayz.
I'll be here until about 1:30pm, then returning for short periods at 3, 5, and 7.
The really not so great idea I got this morning:
Why don't I bring some Stephen King with me so it'll keep me awake?
Holy crap, has it ever!
I have not been this jumpy in a while, and that is saying a lot.
First story I read ("Strawberry Summer") was about murders on a small-town college campus. A little later on, I read a story about a man who gets run over by a lawnmower. Eek and double EEK!
Note to self:
Best to take LotR or something nice with me to work next time...
