P.s. to Lily... i didn't write word for word, it was just too long, I just put down the main ideas, hope that's ok.
President...[Kenta N.]- conducts all asb meetings, signs all official documents, meets with mrs. g. on regular basis, makes goals/agendas/deadlines that we can meet, in charge of ID sales, reminds ppl when its their turn to work, makes a sale schedule, checks office frequently for new students lists, keep accurate records via Treasurer, advertises sales via Publicity, attends Site Council meetings after school, runs asb elections.
VP...[Alexi L.]- asssits President, makes all required phone calls, meets with principle on regular basis, attends Site Council meetings, in charge of "suggestion box" [ checks it and lets class know], plans Great America trip [ transportation, date, group prices, ticket sales, etc.]
Secretary...[ Susan L.]- keeps record of asb meetings, makes copies, in charge of cabinet/filing organization, writes all required notes/thank you letters, responsible for designing, delivery of notes.
Treasurer... [ Patrick R.]- keeps record of income/expense, counts money/rolls coins, makes deposits, fills out check requests, meets with principal to discuss "finance of school".
All-Purpose...[ Mayra A.]- helps all members with tasks, knows computer/sound system stuff, watches clock in class, makes sure everything is clean/back in place, after class/meetings, designs horner website, keeps it updated, in charge of flyers, plans parties [last friday every month] for any special occasions.
Events...[ Catherine C., Stephanie D., Ashley M., Victoria R.]- organize all school wide events, coordinates all dance related activities [ dates, DJ, theme/decorations, supplies, advertising, ticket sales, clean-up after dance], inform Rep commision of student input on dance, in charge of all assemblies [ dates, discuss info with class, cost, approve of assembley, schedule it, sign contract, return, give assembly ppl directions to horner, help set up, advertise]
Fundraising...[ Devika A., Kenta N.]- raises all $$, uses "11 W's", sends out donation requests, sends "thank you's", choose which donations will be used as prizes, let PR know, organizes Canned Food/Blanket Drive [ finds a good shelter to donate to, advertises, collects all items, assissts in delivery]. Other responsiblities = boo/candy/flower grams, car wash,etc.
Poster... [ Brittani G., Sonali M., Ksheeraja S.]- makes posters/flyers for all schoolwide events, put up/take down posters at right time, makes 15-20 posters a week, must include all info, orders more ink/paper when needed, is creative.
Publicity...[ Kai C., PJ D., Sophie H.]- tells school about upcoming events through calendar, posters, flyers, bulletin, newsletters, display cases, notifies Yearbook ppl, distribute calendar to all asb.
Representative... [ Aaron B., Lily C., Kriti G... : )]- organizes teacher buddies, staff appreciation, lunches/breakfasts, Honor Roll Recognition, is the photographer, attends PTSA meetings, provides input, etc., discusses with asb class at meetings.
Spirit...[ Dezarae G., Sofia H., Trevor R., Jesse J.]- plans all noon activites [ advertise, music, choose participants, inform them, announce on daily bulletin, keep record of who has gone already], plan red ribbon week [ order ribbons, noon activities, etc.]
Sports...[ Katie P., Tyler O.]- changes sports bulletin board weekly, publicizes events by poster/flyers, works with pe staff, announces player of the week, promotes sportsmanship, attends all sporting events after school.

OH, AND I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN DO LAYOUTS TO DO MY LJ BACKGROUND...OR AT LEAST TEACH ME TO DO IT! IM SICK OF MY PLAIN BLUE -_-. IF IT'S NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK... COULD ANYONE DO IT? LOL, IM A KLUTZ WITH COMPUTERS, AND PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING ELSE, COME TO THINK OF IT : )
