Finally did it
After this incident with the restroom door, and the problems continuing with all of us, we finally made a sign to put on the door.
"IF THE RESTROOM DOOR IS LOCKED, IT IS OCCUPIED.
PLEASE WAIT PATIENTLY OR USE A RESTROOM ON ANOTHER FLOOR.
THANK YOU."
It's rather sad when you have to make a sign for a bathroom door for a portion of society.
