Title: Organized Chaos
Author: Katie
Pairing: Jack Barakat/ OC
Rating: NC-17
Summary: “Yes. You're scared. And, I mean, you should be. I'm telling you that I'm going to be forcing you to face your fears. And that's fucking scary. But what I'm also saying is that I'm going to help you through it. So it's going to be fucking scary, but I'm going to be right there with you helping you through it...okay?” Jack felt calm and relaxed. He regularly felt that way around Wyatt, especially in the wee hours of the morning. “So?” Jack asked. “You up for it?”
Disclaimer: I don't own Jack, Alex, or anyone in the lovely band and crew that make up All Time Low. They all own each other. Sunny and I do own all members of Hyperinflated Illuminations. Thank you.

Jack sat back in his chair, eating a turkey sandwich. He looked over at Alex, who was busy straightening his hair. The brunette raised an eyebrow at the younger, running the straightener over strands of his hair.

“Why are you staring at me?” Alex questioned, and Jack shook his head.

“I’m not staring at you,” Jack responded. “I’m thinking.”

“Thinking about what?” Alex asked.

“Just… stuff. This tour,” Jack answered, and Alex raised an eyebrow.

“What about it?”

“About the people. The new bands are pretty cool, y’know?” Jack offered, and Alex set the straightener down, messing with his hair.

“Did you meet a boy?” Alex teased, glancing over at his best friend.

“No,” Jack lied. Honestly, he’d been thinking about Wyatt a lot lately.

“Liar,” Alex stated. He didn’t push the subject any farther though. Instead, he picked up the straightener, holding it out to Jack. “Do you want this?”

“Yeah,” Jack answered, finishing the last bite of his sandwich. He got up, walking over to the little mirror Alex was standing in front of.

“What do you think?” Alex questioned, and Jack glanced back at him.

“Hot,” Jack answered, barely glancing at him. Alex always looked attractive.

“I need to get laid, bro,” Alex complained, grabbing the hairspray and spraying it all around his hair.

“Let’s do it.”

Alex chuckled, shaking his head at the younger. “Do your hair.”

“I can still do my hair. I’ll just bend over the table and you can do your thing while I do mine.”

“That would be the definition of casual sex,” Alex laughed, stepping away from the mirror.

“You want it? I know you like doggy style,” Jack bent over, wiggling his ass at Alex, who laughed.

“Oh no, man. Get that ass away from me. I don’t think I can control myself,” Alex said, pushing Jack away.

The door opened, and Matt walked in, followed by Vina and Wyatt. Alex’s face lit up as he saw the petite girl.

“Jack, what are you doing?” Matt questioned, and Jack glanced back at him.

“Trying to seduce Alex,” Jack answered. He glanced over, seeing Wyatt and smiling. “Hey.”

“Hello,” Wyatt answered.

“What are you doing, Matt?” Alex questioned the tour manager, raising an eyebrow.

“Coming in to get my binder that has your schedules in it. Wyatt and Vina were asking if you guys could do the benefit concerts,” Matt answered.

“And you were planning on telling us this after you set everything up?” Alex raised an eyebrow.

“Isn’t that how it always works out?”

“You’re fired.”

Matt shook his head at the singer, ignoring his statement before grabbing his binder off of the coffee table.

“Shouldn’t you guys be warming up? You go on in like twenty minutes,” Wyatt said, watching Jack continue to straighten his hair. Matt, Vina, and Alex had moved onto the couch.

“This is how Alex and I warm up. We do our hair,” Jack told him, and Wyatt furrowed his eyebrows.

“Shouldn’t he be singing though? To get his voice ready for the show?”

“He sings to me sometimes,” Jack shrugged.

“Weird,” Wyatt answered, looking thoroughly confused.

“Why? Do you guys all go through a huge warm-up?”

“Yes,” Wyatt responded, and Jack chuckled.

“That’s good. You guys probably sound better than us anyway,” Jack answered. He grabbed his gel, perfecting his ‘bed head’ hair style. He grabbed the hairspray, spraying a generous amount on it to keep it from moving.

Wyatt let out a cough, and Jack glanced over at him.

“I’m sorry,” Jack apologized, putting the lid on it and setting it down. He unplugged the straightener, setting it away from the hairspray. “Let’s join the group.”

He and Wyatt walked over, sitting on the couch opposite the other three.

“So what are we doing?” Jack questioned, crossing his legs and putting his hands together. Alex was the only one who found this amusing. Wyatt didn’t really notice, as he began a conversation with Matt and Vina.

“So, I think All Time Low will definitely be playing in the next benefit concert you have planned. I’ll work it into their schedule,” Matt said.

“Great!” Wyatt said happily, making Jack smile. Alex raised an eyebrow at his friend, noticing the way he looked at Wyatt. Jack caught onto Alex’s gaze, and quickly looked away to Matt.

“That sounds cool,” Jack agreed.

Alex kept his gaze on Jack, watching to see if his eyes would flit back to Wyatt again.

Matt checked his phone, glancing up at the boys.

“Okay, guys. You have ten minutes before you have to go on stage,” Matt said, standing up. “Let’s go get you guys set up, and find Zack and Rian.”

“Maybe they’re hooking up in the janitor‘s closet,” Alex said.

“Ew, bro. Don’t give me that mental image ever again,” Jack said, frowning and shaking his head.

“I guess you won’t wanna be fucking my ass for much longer,” Alex said, smirking at Jack.

“Huh?” Jack questioned, fixing the strap on his guitar.

“I saw the way you’ve been looking at Wyatt,” Alex said. “You like him.”

“No, I don’t,” Jack stated.

“Jack.”

“Show time, guys,” Matt called out, and the lights went down.

Jack grabbed his guitar, and Alex picked his up, both walking out onto a stage in front of a crowd full of screaming fans.
