"You look like you feel as out of place as I do," Vanessa said, approaching him with a drink in her hand. "I'm guessing you're one of the few people here who don't come from the Upper East Side?"

"So that's your connection to these guys?" Vanessa asked, leaning back against the counter next to Roxas. "Eric?"

"Hey, a month is still pretty good, considering how some people just end up in a revolving door of dating. I'm happy for you guys," Vanessa said.
