update: oh yes, it WAS a migraine. so after pretty much losing my vision twice in my right eye, i got this very sharp pain behind the very top of my left eye, stretching up to my forehead. i'd already taken 2 ibuprofen at this point and tried to eat breakfast and take a shower. but no. this pain was intense. i pretty much wanted to die.
not to mention the nausea, which just kept getting worse and worse by the minute. i ended up barfing, including a lovely round of ribbit-like dry heaves. (hey, it is my mutant superpower, after all.) so i ended up not going to class and canceling work. i'm still feeling pretty wiped out, with a dull headache in the back and a stomachache still.
so yay for spending less than one minute of my friday not feeling sick.
