killing time before 10:45
so. glad to say that i think the medicine is working. i haven't really had a bad stomachache since friday, but sometimes it gets gassy, and that bothers me. then again, i've also been avoiding spicy and greasy foods and alcohol like the plague. (speaking of alcohol, yay for getting over a peptic ulcer on my 21st birthday! you really love me, don't you, god?)
odd to say, but i really hope that this is a peptic ulcer. cause i don't want to have to deal with these kinds of uncomfortable feelings and dietary restrictions for the rest of my life. is it so much to ask that, given my chocolate allergy and already dangerously low weight, i can indulge myself at least once in a while without gastro-intestinal retribution?
so i really, really, REALLY hope that this is just a funk that my medicine is curing, not just relieving (and the doctor said it should cure me after this month).
different topic (for once): my greek class..... erm. um. OH GOD I MISS OUR HOMER CLASS ALREADY. after one day. there are a total of 6 people in our class, none of whom i know. i don't know the professor. it's 253, and we're reading epistles that i read in high school.
i miss my classics friends and i'm guessing i'll miss the challenge. seriously considering changing my schedule around to: greek tragedy with reece and taking french 273. oh god, yes, i think i will. hold on, fellow upper-level greeky geekies, i'm (considering) coming.
