i'm answering here, but if somebody else ask, i'll make a post with "FAQ" ♥ anyway:

I made the light! it was pure torture, i painted it with a beige color, with a semi-hard rounded brush than i used the smudge tool, set it to screen? or lighten maybe, than duplicate and set to softlight! Just that, a brush and some patient! XD

3°
this is hard, because i'm sure i've used a gradient map with black + som red/reddish color then tons of brighten/contrast levels, but you can easly get something light that with few passages!
#) i start with a picture in black and white (i usually use a black color set on color, but i'm not sure if psp has such option)
#) pick up a reddish/brown color (mine: #eaa08a) ans set it to multiply (or the equivalent on psp)
#) then you need to work on the contrast of the lights and darkness - this might be tricky, but you need to find the "right" mix to get something nice to look at!
#) you might need to low the saturation ;)

i made the light just for that one! i'm not good with making textures and, i'm not a texture fan really, so, well, i needed to make something! XD
the first one is on it's way! but probably will contain lots of slective colouring levels ç_ç
