Fic challenge closed
It's been two months since I posted to begin our community fic challenge, and I'd say it's been a great success! We ended up with 16 wonderful new Will-centric stories - even a bonus, posted just today - and that was just our first attempt. Imagine what we'll do in the new year on the next challenge!
Thanks to everybody who wrote a story ... and also to those who read and commented. A real writer may write for herself, but she's lying if she says she doesn't care if she gets feedback, and especially a pat on the back for a story well told. Readers are what keep writers going.
Now ... there are other communities on which you could post these stories, including the main fic comm of POTC, pirategasm - so if you haven't posted these stories there or elsewhere where they might be relevant, go on and do that, and spread the wealth with other readers who may not have seen the stories here ...
