Pretty much every day, I guess. A few days ago some people got out, but it's almost like more than enough new people have come to take their place.

Oh, yeah, you can. If you want to sell a bunch of memories to Dorian. There's no other way. When everyone got out last time, it was because some barrier or something was down. Special case.
