Well, it needed a name other than 'the city' or 'this place.' The 'curse' part is because the city messes with us and makes us act funny. It's not everyday, just sometimes. Everyone calls them curses, so...

Yeah, that's why this place is so confusing. A lot of people started disappearing around... I think it was two weeks ago. Some have come back, but not all.
