the art of zen stressing out

So life is going pretty well. I'm trying very hard not to be stressed about money and to know it will all work out in the end. Which it always does. Needless to say there may be a good deal of "artistic New York City" original photography under the tree this year (except for Heidi, I already have her gift, tee hee hee! Hi friend! Basically the idea is this. I'm writing a documentary play on Identity, and how that changes when a child loses a parent, or a parent gets sick. Basically how does one's identity change when you have to become the adult in the relationship. But I've opened up the field to not only include parents, but any loved one that was/is close to you in life and how it changes part of how you see the world. I'm even interviewing people who have perfectly healthy families to find out what their worries and apprihensions are, or if they've never thought about it, why? So what I'm asking people to do is email me (sarahturnquist@email.com) any and all responses they have to this very broad topic. I don't want the focus to be too narrow as to exclude anyone, but the more information and feelings you can provide the better. Basically, I want to write a piece that looks at the universal through personal testimony, and so everyone who sends me work will remain anonymous in the play. Both for the previous reason and I'm hoping it will be more freeing to talk then. So if you feel like sharing I would love it. My only request is that I get it by either this weekend, or next Tues at the latest, as I'm hoping to be working on the text while I'm on the plane home. I love you and hope I get to see you! Give me a call and we'll work something out, either for this trip or the one 2 weeks later when I'm coming home again for x-mas. Miss you and thank you so much!
