From the Nexus to Ashu's Nexus apartment, they had PINpointed. Ashu still holding onto Proto's hand as she did a quick look around, noting the silver-haired boy peeking over the couch before pretty much dragging Proto to the spare bedroom

"Sure." He looked at her. "It's not personal, Ash. Instinct."

"Like after the November thing, right?" She had an idea of the answer to it, but it doesn't hurt to ask. "I understand."

"I was blind," he said simply.

"You told me that already."

[betterthanhim]

He shook his head. "In more ways than one, Ash. Some of them haven't been fixed."

AShu couldn't think of anything to say to that, so instead she just sticks out her hand.

"Good luck, Proto."

[betterthanhim]

Proto slipped his hand in hers. "You know what I kiss, right?" he said, amused.

"My forehead, usually," Ashu said, shaking Proto's hand. "I'm wondering if Zane got it from you."

[betterthanhim]

"The scar," he replied, pushing her hair away from it. "I'm kissing the scar on your forehead, Ashu. So it won't happen again."

"... oh."

[betterthanhim]

Proto smiled. "Keep well, Ash. I'll see you soon."

[turnabout_girl]

Ashu just blinked, a lot. "Yeah... See you. Proto. Be careful"

"I will." With a wave, Proto teleported away.
