I received a new job offer.
Pros:
* It's about $1500 more than I make now.
* It's within walking distance.
* It's a block away from my favourite street in Wellington. (Great lunches!)
* No more working with students.
Cons:
* They've recently restructured and the staff is still pissy about it.
* I really like the team I'm working with now.
* The shared office is a complete mess!
