March 31 - I thought the thing people where whining about with Aya's clothes getting ripped was for the last battle, but no, it's apparently all over the game. It is silly as she's not even physically there. But if the protagonist was a hot man I'd love that effect so it would make me hypocrite if I criticized the fanboys for enjoying their eye candy. I got to the part in the club where you have to run away from some big monster and took a break there.
I played a bit of Ys: Seven. Nice graphics but so far I like Felghana better. The introduction to Felghana caught my attention right away (okay fine, Chester did) and the Sevens intro just feels like a FFVII rip off with the flower girl. Other than that I'm not too fond of switching between Adol and Dogi, as I prefer rushing forward and slashing away like crazy with Adol. The part that's most disappointment in comparison to Felghana is that in Sevens I can't jump. I can do a dodge jump thing, but that's not a real jump. This means that the platformer aspects that I enjoyed in Felghana won't be there. I also like the Felghana art style way better.
I still haven't finished Ys I & II Chronicles. In I I need a key I can't find and in II I need to find a statue, a rare flower and get some powers to beat a monster I currently can't harm. No idea where they are since I've searched all over the dungeon. I'll see what I missed later, for now I'll play my other games.
Started Dissidia 012, I think I'll stick with this one first then play another once I beat the basic story. I finished the first chapter with Lightning.
March 30 - Played a bit of the 3rd Birthday. Cool graphics, I like Aya's hair. This is like my only shooter right now. I haven't played a shooter since PC Doom. My aim sucks, I'm thankful for auto aim. I'm just getting started so there's not much to say yet, except that I probably would understand Aya's situation better if I had played the first 2. A recap would have been nice. I guess I'll just wiki a summary.
