ahh...
it's really hot.
i'm waiting (err... impatiently) for my roommate to finish harry potter so we can discuss. about 30 minutes ago she was in the middle of 'the cave'. come on! come on!
i figured i should actually update this thing, as all i've been doing is commenting on liz's journal about harry potter.
summer is going nicely for me. i lucked out on finding a great weekend job that is big on the money and low on the hours. i'm content there. i'm making the most of my new camera and reading a ton (though i am feeling the all too familiar, 'done with harry potter, now what?' feeling i get every time i finish a book). i'm considering rereading the series... today i went back to rereading 'kick me' which i started to reread after i finished superstud.
it's so hot, did i mention that?
i'm still with phillip and things have been good. i had this whole long talk the other night with a friend of mine about 'compatibility' and what it means... talking to him and how sad he is about not being able to find someone he's truly 'compatible' with made me really grateful to have phillip. the only thing wedging us is the distance. there may be some other little things, but i don't know. lately i've been really content.
if anyone has a suggestion of a really amazing book i should read, send it my way (the title/author, not the book). i need something new.
i should probably update my photo. one step at a time.
