i'm so ashamed to be an american right now.
i think that being from the new york area has spoiled me and created this naively liberal point of view. what the fuck is going on? i've tried to jokingly devise an attatchment of democratic states to candada ... a move to japan or england and stacy and i have even devised suicide plans. but, truly - this is just scary.
'value-based' voters. fuck them. I don't understand where these people get their 'moral values' from. and what about the completely republican congress at Bush's disposal.
In an international pole, those who voted (none of which were americans), voted Kerry in 80% and Nader in next. I recieved an email at 1:00 am from phillip entitled 'your dumb country.' and he's right. i'd hate to see the reaction of the rest of the world when something big happens and bush makes some completely off-the-wall decision, err "serves them right?"
its crazy how i act like a 12 year old and give bush the finger as i sit on couch and watch him speak, but i can't help it. I HATE THAT MAN and i am in no mood to see where this county is headed.
