Christmas is officially over. I try to be optimistic about it every year, but I still dont feel the same way about it as I did when I was a child. Every year I tell myself, this year im going to volunteer at a soup kitchen but then the clock strikes twelve and im surrounded by empty wine bottles and the smell of pine trees. Shame. mel and i spent 5 hours on sunday making cookies from scratch. we made chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and sugar cookies. yumm! i hope you had a good christmas! ♥

we got ipods, clothes, shoes, books, movies + tv shows on dvd, some things for our bedrooms, a bunch of little things, gift cards, and cash.

we made cookies too, and even though they were good and everyone loved them, it was not fun at all. i'm definitely not a "house wife". it's waaaaaay too much work!
