He's done this survey for years and years and years, starting on usenet back in 1997, and has now obviously expanded to web forum/blog readers as well. His survey has been posted on Anime News Network for the past few years too.
The survey covers quite a bit of stuff: DVD content/authoring, bonus items with DVDs, the new HD formats, streaming anime, anime's association with video games/manga, conventions, cosplay, etc.
Like any survey, it is always best to have as many responders as possible, over as many years as possible. Please pass the URL along to anyone you know who likes anime and would be willing to fill out the survey.
