Potato Salad: Elusive In Taste, Delicious When Found

I think things are finally looking up. Moving out was a great idea, I love constantly hanging out with people, and sure some days you feel like ass or wake up with a bad comb-over that just won't go away, but luckily I live with people where I don't really need to worry about being "on the ball" all the time. It's a really chill household, I like it. The 2 aussies that just moved in are pretty cool, and the people that moved in upstairs are chill too. There's very little chance of them complaining about noise. I wasn't sure if I should move out with April, but things are working out awesome, except once she hid my toothbrush, and I haven't forgiven her since.

I think I'm gonna start going dt to hack more, Centenial square is great since part of it is covered. I hacked there on Friday when it was pouring rain and this 30year old guy joined in who was pretty cool. He stayed for at least an hour or two which was cool, and then security tried to kick us out (???), but we didn't leave since they didn't have a reason, so they called the police, but the police didn't show up for another 45mins, which conveniently was when we were heading out. Instead they yelled at me for not having a helmet, so I told them I was getting on a bus, so why bother. They were speechless, so I hopped back on my bike and rode home since obviously I was lying. Turns out the guy I was hacking with lives on top of a store literally across the street from Centenial, so he gave me his info and told me to drop him a line sometime to hack some more.

I'm volunteering at Chocolate Fest 2009, and I went to the orientation on Friday, I walked in the room just as it started, it was completely packed, and as I walked in everyone in the room turned around to look at me and that's when I realized the room had about 60 girls, and 2 old men. I was kind of out of place, so I just blended in to the side and ate some more chocolate. It was delicious.

I've had a bunch of awesome weekends in a row, hopefully next weekend will be wicked too. I have to work on Friday 3-11pm which is a bit of a hassle, but satuday I'm going up to Duncan for Twisted Minds 3 which should be sweeeeeet. I don't wanna over-hype it up tho, so I my mind I picture it just being 10 people sitting in a circle around a tape player saying things like "man, this music is bumpin', someone pass me the Bugles." Hopefully it doesn't end up being that depressing.
