[I'm going to be honest and admit that I am a little biased based on the subject, but I also really love the shadows and lights in this icon. They are positively gorgeous, and make the monochrome really stand out in the best way possible!]

It has a little bit of the floating head look, and I think could be better if cropped closer to the chin, or further out (including more of her shoulders).

I think erasing the pink color/texture over their faces and leaving them brighter and more natural would have helped both of these problems a lot and would easily make it one of the best icons in the voting.
