You're the best mods I've ever met, seriously.
When I asked for some kind of guideline for the concrit part of this challenge, I wasn't expecting this AWESOME GUIDE. It's very detailed, clear and helpful, and it must have taken you an incredible amount of time to write.
And this:
The thing about giving good constructive criticism to others is that you can then become more constructive of your own icons. You can improve while others improve - it's a win/win situation!
I agree sooo much. Reading this guide, I realize how little thought I put in my icons, sometimes. I'll keep this in mind, while icon-making, from now on.
YOU'RE AMAZING, GIRLS. Thank you! ♥ ♥ ♥ *so much love*

You took the words from my mouth. I've seen very few mods put this much thought and hard work into a community. It really makes participating a lot more challenging while keeping it fun.

Thanks girls! :D

IT IS OUR PLEASURE. Seriously. We're all about the constructive criticism here, and about getting it right - so anything that could potentially aid people is something we're willing to take the time to do. It's great that people are loving participating though, even if the challenges are slightly more demanding. It's just, so wonderful that people like the idea of the comm just as much as we do!

Oh, I'm loving the demanding challenges. It's so refreshing. ;) ESPECIALLY your tropes idea. In fact I've been toying with the idea of asking you guys permission to make it a regular icontest for a while now, I'm just not sure I have to time to run one anymore.

That is so awesome to hear! Please don't feel as though you need our permission! We just seemed to take an already existing idea and ran with it. But I for one, would be very interested in participating if you did decide to run with a Tropes community!

I'd also be happy to help out if you did decide to run with it. Or at least offer you up the list of a million tropes absolutelybatty and I discussed as potential themes!

Oh, that's fine! I'm taking your idea and going large with it. Least I could do is warn you so that you can say I stole your thunder when it becomes a HUGE success. XP

Anyway, some serious thinking is in order. I'll let you know when/if I'm ready to steal all of yours and absolutelybatty's ideas.

It was seriously our pleasure. Something like this seemed to be missing from the icon challenge world, so whatever time was spent will definitely be well worth it if people take it on board. It's so, so brilliant that it's helpful though! Hopefully others will find it as useful as you <3 <3
