Boot Camp - guys must be guys that's how we get stronger

 Jesus today was a freakin' BITCH and a half

No cardio warm up

We split up into 3 groups, the guys and two groups of girls
we did 20 of each and we did 3 sets. 
Part of the problem was being in a group of guys we didn't use low weights like we should have for doing that many reps.  Instead of maybe doing 40 lbs barbell curls we went with 50.  We would keep the weight at the same level as the last person to use the machine or raise it. There was no way one of us was going to lower it.

Station 1:
bicep curls
overhead tricep extentions
chops on a bosu ball.  This is kind of hard to balance at times
resting on your forarms dip your hip to the right then left side

Station 2:
reverse grip pull downs
grabbing a barbell, hands close together lift up to your upper chest
shoulder press
opposite hand rows, standing on one leg

Station 3:
leg lifts
flys
back extention
chest press on a bosu ball

Tomorrow we are supposed to do testing or it will be a cardio day since most people don't want to do testing.  At the end of class all the trainer said was  "tomorrow be prepared to work out."     we were like ahhh really?
