(no subject)
I've been thinking a lot about my earlier post, and have realized that there was a some pride there that shouldn't have existed, and I apologize. I don't know why I should be proud about having my comments responded to - I guess it's just that it made me feel that my view and my comments were (a) legitimate and (b) helpful. While they may be those, I shouldn't necessarily find pride in that. Indeed, isn't part of the human condition that we all have legitimate points of view that, when expressed appropriately, are helpful to the debate? I don't know...
