Have you guys seen the Clemson rain delay video yet? It's been all over the sports shows (part of it was on SportsCenter) and has about 375,000 hits on YouTube at this point, which is especially remarkable when you consider that the video wasn't uploaded until Wednesday! I love my team. :)

Watching the Cubs game. Here's what I want: a Cubs win, but a good outing from Khalil. Khalil is great. :)

Oh, & since I started this entry, the Padres have scored 1 run and have runners on 1st & 2nd. I should never watch a Cubs game ever again.

I finished my paper! I finished citing it, too. That took FOREVER because I have 10 (10!) sources. 10 sources for a 750 word paper. Is that some kind of record, maybe? Ugh. I hate citing things. I'm thinking I might not be getting better after all. Phooey. My HES test was not nearly as bad as expected (thank goodness!), and I made a good grade on my poli-sci paper (and as you can imagine, I am absolutely thrilled about that). I am being semi-successful at forcing myself to study, my roommate is still not here (I haven't seen her since yesterday at around 2:30, which is when I laid down for my nap), my mom sent me more asthma medicine and I think I am FINALLY getting better, AND the Cubs play today! Eek! I hope we win. :D

I won my tennis match! yay. it was a weird day. one of the guys on the team reminded me a LOT of Evan Lysacek. It was very, very surreal. His voice, his mannerisms, and sort of (but extremely slightly) the way he looked/his body build. so I'm on a tennis team with (and had lunch with) Evan Lysacek... lol ( Read more... )
