I understand how you feel. In general I hate scene kids. And I used to be one of them. I just threw out half of my band shirts. There are some that I love that I can't part with though. I just think after a while you grow up and grow out of that whole ordeal. My love for music and going to concerts will never ever end, but I don't want to be involved with being a clone anymore.

wanna know something weird though? After I started wearing my belt to the side I really can never wear it normal again. I feel so strange wearing it to the front hahaha.

As for the hardcore bands, I really love some of them, but the generic ones are really fucking annoying. I don't really like when people scream SO much that it sounds like they are vomitting. I only like a few bands like that and after a while I just get bored. But it's not only screamo hardcore shit that does that either, the bands that sing about girls all the time do it too. There's more to life than fucking whining about girls all day long and right after the show you go fuck a groupie anyway so stop putting on an act. We're old enough to see through it all.

Now I'M VENTING lol. But yeah just wanted to say I feel you.

Yeah, I used to be one of them, too, not so much though as the snobby ones who have the really weird hair and all that stuff. I love wearing band shirts and supporting bands, but I've definitely gotten away from doing it all the time. I've definitely found my own identity.

HAHA I know what you mean. It seriously feels so weird.

Yeah, I like some of them a lot, too, and they're some of the most fun bands to see live. But it's just getting old. They're all starting to sound the same.

Love! ♥
