today was a crummy day
i went to sleep last night restless because i made myself stop reading chobits books so i have a few for on vacation
and then i woke up real LOW
i read some of ishmael (by daniel quinn. amazing book) then worked on my mix for kacy's party
dinner with family friends tonight, then "i dunno, what do want to do-ing" with jason
bowling,. perhaps. or a walk around somewhere (like a town or just the neighborhood)
i feel sapped, lacking.
i think it was just the time spent on long island. baby-naming ceremony for my cousin. it's some thing that orthodox jews like a baptism where she's now a real part of the jewish community. hanged out with my cousin lindsay, painted a shed. it was fun.
anyway, leaving for california on tuesday, so i'll see people when i get back on the 21st.

got to get back to convinving my mom that songs from the soft parade (the doors) could be on my party mix.
