An Old Poem In A New Entry.
New paragraph: The end is nigh said the billy goat to the farmer
What say you said the farmer
The end is nigh and the world will soon be ending
you speak in lies and forked of tongue are you
I tell no lies, my brothers taught me to be truthful, they did
You are merely a goat, what can you know
Much that you cannot
How and why?
Because I am an observer and a good listener
This makes a great deal of sense, I accept
Thank you for hearing my words of prophecy
But why does the world end as you say?
Because fair sir, easter approaches and you are of Greek descent
(I feel I must note that I wrote this while under the influence of alcohol and it is now nearly a year old. It is kind of funny. I guess. The best part is that I didn't really remember writing it so when I saw the next day I was surprised at my inebriated self's insight and humour. Enjoy at your own risk.)
