[She doesn't really know who else to turn to for advice, so she's giving England a call. Her voice sounds odd. Almost strained.]

H- Hey, England? Can I talk to you? It's.... important.

I really need advice about something....

[Action:]

[Late at night, you can find Seychelles in the park, kicking a soccer ball at various trees. ( Read more... )

Is everything all right?

[She thinks for a moment. How to word this....?]

If..... If you found out that someone you care about had been threatened and... and hurt.... but the person who hurt them was stronger than you...

What would you do?

Smash their jaw until they can't talk anymore and beat their head into a bloody pulp. Maybe use a knife, scare them up a bit, slash around their face. Good reminder. Elbow their nose until it breaks, that sort of bit.

But I don't know why you're bringing that up. Don't try to distract me, and just tell me what's the matter.

Wow... That's... a little extreme...

[But it is pretty much the same advice Jecht told her. Fight dirty and don't let up. Hmmm....]

I am telling you what's the matter. Someone I care about was hurt. But the people that hurt him are stronger than me. I'm not sure how I can beat them....

What? The answer is that you don't try to beat them at all. What's this all about? Who is it?

So they should get away with doing whatever they want? Hurting him whenever they feel like it?

I just can't ignore this....

... I suppose it depends how good a friend he is.

But why don't you tell me the circumstances?

[She weighs her options. This conversation could go very badly if she tells him the truth. But there's no point in lying if she wants honest advice. So honesty it is.]

He's my boyfriend. I want to protect him, but the guys who attacked him are really strong....

The one who you knew I disliked and you knew I didn't want you to go anywhere near?

You don't even know him! How do you know you'd dislike him?

Oh, I don't know, maybe that tiny detailed bit about him not having enough control and attacking you? But it's so minor, perhaps it slipped your mind.

That only happened once! And it wasn't his fault.

And- And I'm glad it happened. Otherwise I'd never have gotten to know him. And he's really sweet. And kind. And he actually likes me back.

I would hope that you'd have higher expectations that only those.

Who were the ones who beat that fellow up?

Is there something wrong with wanting to date someone who is nice and actually likes me?

[She sighs.]

I only actually talked to one of them. He said his name was Finas. But I heard that the other guy's name is Casmiro.
