tactile hallucinations

I've developed this weird thing. It's not really a problem since it doesn't hurt. But sometimes my left lower inner leg feels really warm, like there's a heat pad on it. A cursory glance on the internet suggests it has something to do with a pinched, and thus confused, nerve. That or a B12 deficiency

Hmmm...Usually pinched nerves are real painful, or if not, cause the body part to become limp. Might be an over-active gland. Could be shingles or the lack of B12. Try having some treatment for the latter suggestions.
