I forgot that this morning I had a dream.
This giant organism, some sort of torn apart vertebrate, oblong along a train track, was engineered [not genetically? man I have no idea] with this huge metal and wood mechanism that was like if you took gymnasium bleachers and gave it muscles. It was horribly mangled and bleeding giant skin humps everywhere where wooden slats were its bones and iron hinges were its joints. It was so big you couldn't make any sense of the creature- it had no face. And it was on part of a train track, in an amphitheatre. People were invited to see it and kind of clamber over it as an offbeat tourist destination as it clacked its weird arm 'bones' together. It didn't do anything more than lie there and moan. I remember thinking that if I backed up far enough to see the whole thing I would be terrified at how malformed it was.
