Tutti, My Best Friend (Sometimes)

Tuts and me, having some fun (well, her kind of fun anyway).  The way she rubs herself on me (and everyone else in the family) is so unbecoming! What happened to the theory that cats are reserved, aloof and cool?! I certainly have more dignity than that. Heh heh.

Anyway, I will slowly introduce my family members one by one but thought i'd start with Tutti first since she's the newest addition and my favourite playmate at home.

Most Border Collies cannot stand cats because we basically abhor any sort of disorder and that includes cats that prance around like sheep. I was made to socialise with cats since young because S still had Cocoa then and wanted  to make sure i didn't chase, herd, nip or murder her the moment i see her, so there, i like cats and tolerate them pretty well. Oh unless the cats overstep the boundary and try to steal what's mine - my bone, my food, my toys and most of all, MY human companion, S.

Tutti is only 1 year old and so has plenty of energy to spare. We spend time chasing each other around the house but i get upset when she jumps on the sofa and cuddles up to S, because i'm not allowed to do so and that cat is!!!!! Very biased treatment, if you ask me.

Anyhooooo, i probably have said this many times but here's it again: if you want a cat or dog, please adopt one from our local shelters! There are plenty of homeless animals around (like Tuts before she joined us and Kingsley before S, the other one not mine, kindly took him in)  waiting for a kind soul like you to give them the love they deserve.

Here's where you can go if you want to adopt a rescue animal:
SPCA
Cat Welfare Society

Metta Cats
Animal Lovers League
Action For Singapore Dogs

If you have more to add to the list, just give me a shout out okay? Gonna go chew on my bone now.
