(no subject)
Well, I made it back to Tulsa safely. I woke up this morning with a killer migraine. I get migraines on a fairly regular basis and, due to my abnormally high pain tolerance, I can usually function with them. This was unbearable, though. I got up and put the dog outside, then tried to eat some cereal and watch television. I lasted for about four minutes before I couldn't take it anymore. I took some medicine and then went back to sleep for almost four hours. I had terrible dreams, but when I woke up the pain was almost gone. Now it's even less, but the throbbing is still there in the back of my head. Ugh.
Tallulah is so happy to have me back home! She's so cuddly today, it's adorable. I have a bunch of errands to run, but I don't want to leave her. :( Sad!
I have to go to the pet store and get more rat food as well as a flea comb for the monster and flea shampoo, just in case the bugs come back. So far I haven't seen any and I'm not going to take her to the vet for bugs I can't show him. I'll brush her with the flea comb and see if there are any hidden someplace on her that I can find...if so, I'll take her tomorrow. If not, I think it'll be safe to say that she's flea-free!
I'm going to go to Whole Foods and do some grocery shopping. I'm going to make baked tofu and steamed broccoli for dinner, I think. Maybe green beans with pine nuts if the beans are a decent price. We'll see. But I got a good recipe for baked tofu that I'm eager to try out, so I must go to the store.
I think that's all I really have to do today. I was thinking about going to Walmart, but I don't really need anything from there that can't wait until I actually do have to go. I might still go, but I'm not sure. I guess it'll depend on how my head feels after I go to the pet store and grocery store.
Tomorrow I have to return to work. I have to work on New Years day at 6:30am. :( Booo. Alright, time to get ready.
