This is my life

I'm really trying to go back to updating this on a regular basis. With everyone using twitter so much, I feel like LiveJournal is so dead and it makes me sad. I'm part of that, obviously, since I barely update anymore...and twitter is fun, but so much less satisfying. With such limited space, I can update people with my random thoughts and up to date shenanigans, but I can't really express myself too much. Not many people are reading this anymore, I don't think, but I'll try to at least make my life seem semi-interesting for those of you who still are. :)

I went out with Cassie for cocktails today. We ended up getting lunch, too, and staying out for much more time than I'd expected. We were at Champs for about two hours before we finally left and headed to Half Price Books. I'm going to miss that store so much when I get down to Tulsa. I'm sure there are plenty of used book stores all over the country, and I know of at least two in the Tulsa area, but nothing compares to HPB. It's like the gold mine of used book stores and the one by my house is especially nice. As I said, I will miss it.

After that, she and I went over to Starbucks so that I could put in my vacation time and talk to Amanda D. for a little while. It was nice and I'm going to miss everybody so much. Certain people more than others, obviously, but everybody in their own way.

Tomorrow I will spend my morning calling different Tulsa area Starbucks to try and find hours. After that, I will head on over to my Starbucks and speak with my manager about working on August 3rd and 4th and about what I am supposed to do with my transfer situation. It will be annoying, but Rachelle (current manager) seems pretty dedicated to helping me move this whole thing along. As much as she and I butt heads, she's been really great and supportive these passed few weeks and I wish I could express to her how much I appreciate that.

I have more that I would like to say right now, but Tallulah is howling at me to go to sleep, so I will. I'll update again tomorrow. :)

Oh! For your viewing pleasure...

This is a picture of me holding her after we gave her a bath. She was surprisingly well behaved!

She's sleeping in a pile of Angela's clothes. So cute! You can see her bling. :)

And last, she is trying to sneak out of her bedroom. It's actually Jayde's room, but Georgia is using it for now.

Just to ensure Tallulah doesn't get jealous, I am re-posting this adorable picture of her because she will always be my number one. :)
