Like all NEWS fans around me, the news on the departure of Yamashita Tomohisa and Nishikido Ryo from NEWS shocked me. (Find out more here and here.) A fellow fan whatsapp-ed me that night and we talked about it at length. Several of other fans on Twitter also posted several tweets on the issue, stating their disappointment, and I added a number of tweets myself.
