After spending the entire day doing the household chores (yes Hubba, I'm keeping the house clean), I set out to meet up with my extended family on my mum's side to celebrate my cousin Keong's birthday.
It was a small informal gathering downtown, but despite the crazy hot weather and the not-so-fantastic food, we still managed to have a good time catching up and making noise, which is what we always do when we meet up.
During our crazy gathering, a friendly little greyhound came by, and added loads of excitement to us bunch of crazy dog-lovers. The little pooch came up to greet all of us, and we really had a lovely time admiring this rare breed, especially one who is a people-dog, a trait which is pretty unusual for greyhounds. Here's a shot of the friendly pooch greeting the birthday boy:
After lots of craziness, we decided to call it a night and head home early, since tomorrow would be the start of the new work week. But before we wrapped things up, we sang the birthday boy a out-of-tune birthday song, with the candle on a banana split ice-cream.
Happy Birthday Couz, may all your birthday wishes come true!
