Maybe I ate a few too many Twizzlers...
So, I feel like I abandoned livejournal these past few months. It's just so hard to update at home. I always lose my internet connection in the middle of whatever I'm doing. Anyways, a lot has been going on. I'm back at school. I've got class from nine to two on Mondays, eight to two on Tuesdays with a few breaks in between because must of them are labs, nine to five with an hour break on Wedensdays, ten to two on Thursdays, and Fridays are from nine to two with a break at noon. Keeps me busy, but I do like having the classes altogether. I've already had homework, but its not too bad. I should really be doing my physics homework, but its not due until Tuesday and I really don't want to do it right now. LOL. I am so freaking tired right now! I could probably go to bed now and I don't think it would take me long at all to fall asleep.
I'm seriously considering chaning my LEJA major to a minor and then adding anthropology as a second major. I think I'll talk to my advisor about it at our next meeting because it won't make a bid deal this semester, but next semester I'll have to work hard on it. And I really think that the anthropology major will be so much better for me, especially since I am really, really strongly considering going to grad school in Tennessee and working for a doctorate of anthropology and eventually become a board certified forensic anthropologist. I really would love to do that, but I'll talk to my advisor about it first. I would like to keep the LEJA thing because it would be good for background, but that twelve hour internship sounds like it would really suck and I'm really intrested in forensic anthropology.
Anyways, the biggest news of this post. I'm pregnant. I'm only a little over ten weeks, but I'm pretty excited. I have my first appointment on Friday and I cannot wait. I really think that Friday will be the longest day of my life because the appointment is not until 3:30. I will be commuting after the baby is born, but I'm going to keep a dorm room so I have a place to stay if the weather gets really bad or if I have a break in classes or something like that.
But that's about enough rambling for the day. I'm gonna get some of this physics done and get some sleep.
