It only makes sense that in the wake of the huge success of Talk Like a Pirate Day, we extend the fun to the rest of the year. I suggest Talk Like a Pilot Day, and submit that it be held on May 16th, in honor of the release date of Top Gun.

1: Come in Ghost Rider, what's your bearing.
2: Control, this is Ghost Rider. Bearing oh niner one, bringing home a payload of cheeseburgers.
1: Copy that. The deck is clear and you're first in the pattern, you're clear to land.
2: Affirmative Control, making my approach now.
1: Roger that, call the french fries.
2: NEGATIVE NEGATIVE I don't have the fries, I'm coming around!
1: DAMMIT MAVERICK.
