I am posting some stuff that I've never read before and probably others already have. So ignore my postings cause I'm trying my best to keep updating my LJ to the way it was before.
These postings are from the owners itself and what they know?! So hope you don't mind owners that this will be the only place that I will be sharing your work.

LOLOLOLOL~ you know, normal Arashi fans would write that off as diva Jun narcissism, but I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. I still can’t get over the whole Duffy/Shellie May thing. I mean holy crap this OTP gives me diabetes they’re so sugary-fluffy. And Mao saying she likes a guy who is diligent because she’s not-she might as well have pointed at him during that AnS. Jun is so dedicated it’s seriously mind-boggling. And all those responses about liking a guy who’s “stoic” while they worked- like wow- how many ways can you say Jun without out right saying his name?
I always wondered Mao’s side of the story, Jun is so often in the spotlight it’s easy to trace things (and honestly, subtlety was never really Jun’s middle name), but Mao strikes me as just this really delighted girlfriend who keeps him happy all the time. But she must do *something* other than occasionally post pictures of herself wearing questionably familiar accessories and conveniently timed photos with Shellie May. Like, I know she got him into Disney and introduced him to some music and a favorite author or two, but… like… I feel like Mao is so reserved it’s hard to follow the girl! haha
honestly if anyone thinks he’s remotely narcissistic we can’t be friends. like I do understand why people don’t seem to get him at all, I do, but COME ON. It’s still soooo frustrating.
and yeah Jun is the least subtle person ever. lol all the Disney collab stuff ALONE, even without throwing in that hilarious tabloid article about how Jun had researched TDL to the point of WRITING HIS OWN GUIDEBOOK (which I completely believed that whole writeup because lol HE ABSOLUTELY WOULD…I’m mostly really curious how they get around the park without being seen. couples wear all kinds of stupid matchy crap on dates at the park, so I wonder if they go in costume or wear Disney masks that hide their faces? MAYBE THEY WEAR MATCHING DUFFY KIGURUMI). And that post I just made doesn’t even get into how it’s TOTALLY OBVIOUS that Mao DVRs all his appearances, and he knows that, and keeps saying obviously sappy things during varieties / how he used to (? haven’t downloaded the full hour since moving back from Japan) do the sign language for “I love you” while sitting in the background waiting on MSute, etc… I lost it on that recent Himitsu when Chara asked what he most wished a girl would cook for him, and he didn’t even stop to think before spouting out that GIRLS WHO MAKE CRAB CREAM KOROKKE ARE THE CUTEST GIRLS!!!!!!! gj on subtlety Jun that wasn’t specific at ALL. he’s absolutely ridiculous.
and I also keep meaning to do a “stoic” photoset for fyeahmaojun bc omg the amount of material. On that show with Mariko, the hosts asked Mao her type and she deflected with the classic stock Jun answer, “I don’t have a type, really!” and the hosts keep nudging her and Mariko pipes up in the backseat with HEY DON’T YOU LIKE STOIC GUYS THOUGH???? D E A D
and yeah I know what you mean esp because Jun never seems to let up EVER? I find it a little hard to even imagine being in a relationship like that with that kind of intensity ALL THE TIME. I do remember people saying when he was with Yukie that he was super obsessed with doing everything for her and doting on her nonstop even though she was the older one, tho. It just seems to be his baseline level, lol. Well, he’s the same at work, after all.
But honestly, I think the whole reason the relationship works is how much they support each other professionally. It’s obvious they schedule stuff around each other since they never have big projects going on at the same time. They make time for each other, but they both love their jobs so much and seem to deeply respect the other for how hard they work. And Jun is such an intense workaholic that a relationship where the other half isn’t totally behind him professionally wouldn’t work at all. With Arashi’s schedule in recent years I think it must be really hard for any of them to make even a casual relationship work, much less a serious one. But with Mao and Jun, like, even when they have to do long-distance for work I get the feeling they work at it (during the Hanadan trip to Hong Kong, I thought it was really funny that David kept taping her on that handheld video camera - it wasn’t for the show, none of the footage was ever shown…I guess Jun didn’t want to wait to see her trip until the airdate. SAP.)
and ngl I was really amused when Mao told Nino and Aiba that she still hadn’t found a proper hobby and all she was doing nowadays was watching her DVR. I was like “I KNOW THAT FEEL MAO, WATCHING ALL THE ARASHI THINGS IS A FULL TIME JOB REALLY.”
