Because I live in the future, I know that the Democrats took the House and that the Senate Race is neck and neck. I don't know if this will be a good or bad change for US policy but I know I am sick of Mike The New Teacher reiterating the reasons why he doesn't ever vote, "They're all just like rich dudes man." Thanks for the scathing insight into American politics.
Not much new except that I might have tuberculosis. Finally, I can check off the galloping cunsumption from my "Things to do before I die" list! (One of the neighboring teachers has it). We are headed to Seoul for the first time this weekend..fourth biggest city in the world. Our friend My Young is going with us (so is Mike The New Teacher) so we'll be able to navigate effectively.
It's gotten cold so we're having a really awesome fall complete with chilly rains and crisp leaves. My mom also just sent me an enormous package with scarves and warm socks and halloween candy and bean dip. Moms are great.
