Fun! Well, not that these were all happy snippets, but... You know what I mean. Well done. I like the range of emotion you were able to pull out of the songs.

Oh these are lovely! So varied and gorgeous. It's hard to pick favorites but the Karl at the grocery store one cracked me up and the third one made me say "ooh. Ouch. KARA!" and the first one (order, shmorder) made me think "monochrome, monotone, monotony" ;) and I thought the lighter scene for Walking through the Fire was inspired.

I'm very fond of the grocery store one myself. When the Bat Boy song came on I was like O_O What the frak do I do for this!? But I think the tabloid and the irony came out decently.

And yes "monochrome, monotone, monotony" was definitely in my head a least a little bit when I was working on the first one

And the lighter scene... I think "Walk Through the Fire" actually popped into my head when I saw that scene for the first time. :( Maybe Buffy and Kara need a therapy group.

First off, I love the idea.
Second, all of these are FABULOUS. I don't know all of the songs, but I love the way you've captured all these little moments. I'm a big fan of drabbles done well, and these are all very well done.

I think my fave is the Kara/Helo bday one.

I used to drabble exclusively. I almost never wrote anything more than 100 words. Or if I did they were under 400 words or made up of a series of 100 word bits. And then suddenly I'm writing long BSG stuff and being confused.

Anyways! Thank you. I'm quite fond of that one myself, I'm not sure how I got there from "All the Small Things" but it's what came to my head.

WOW! These are lovely. I have heard of most of the songs. I still can't decide which is my favorite. Karl reading tabloids was funny. I liked the first one too. Great stuff!
